They work 5 months, they get 7 months off. Hello people, we have a problem here. When an employee works 40 hours, they are entitled to pay, for 40 hours worked, they are not entitled to 140 hours pay for 40 hours work, the concept isn't hard to follow. Now, since congress "works" 5 months out of 12, they are not entitled to 12 months pay, they are entitled to 5 months pay, it's old school math, some don't even need a calculator. But the one's that write the checks, do. Seems to me, accepting money that you didn't earn, is STEALING. And, since I'm the boss, and I don't like being stolen from, also, the ones that give these crooks the "extra" pay, I think they're committing some kind of crime too. But it's a good thing we have special government workers to keep a watch on these swindlers, otherwise these crooks would steal us blind, and put the country at risk, by stealing money that could be used for teachers, or something like that. Why would I want my child to "learn", when it would deprive these hard(ly) working SOB's of a yacht payment, or degrade their ability to hire 7 maids instead of 5, how selfish am I? In light of their recent performance I think we need to lay off some of these higher paid government officials.

But, now that she got the "Hispanic rights group" backing her, I'm off board. A group that filed suit to made American schools teach in Spanish to "non-English speaking students". That, right there, to me is an insult, as an American. For some stupid reason, our founders choose English as the language of the new world, even though many new immigrants only knew only their native language, they were smart enough to realize that learning English, the native language here, would be easier than trying to get the schools to teach their children in their native language. But Sotomeyor feels hispanics have special rights that we Americans don't, hence the "hispanic right group". Now, the basic premise of America is, everyone has the same rights as everyone else, everyone speaks English, and just because your not American doean't mean you get special rights. I think the supreme court made that clear when they reversed her discriminatory ruling on the fire dept. promotion controversy. Just because they're are no minorities smart enough to pass this test, nobody gets a promotion, not even the ones that did pass, because they were "white". Now, judges that make their own rules, disregard the laws, display predudice on the bench, think hispanics have rights that others don't, are bad judges, and belong in jail. It's reminiscent of how the Mexican drug cartels are getting into local governments to influence how business is done. It seems Sotomeyor feels certain groups have different rules, and laws to follow. Our judicial system is already screwed up enough, and I don't think a foreigner, that doesn't understand how "rights" are evenly distributed to EVERYONE, is a wise choice for such a position, or any judicial position. The system is corrupt enough, in California they passed a law that makes bribing a judge okay, and you also get immunity from prosecution for "bribery". Don't believe me? look up SBX211, passed last February. It gives immunity to judges, 20 years back, for taking illegal payments from LA county, while hearing cases involving the county, and refusing to disclose these payments as required by law. So basically, anyone convicted in LA , in the past 20 years, didn't get a fair trial, because the judges were tainted, and the best part is it's all documented in court records, which, as we speak are being altered as to assist in future litigation. So this might fly in state court, but the Federal system, as corrupt as it is, can't ignore the facts forever, and once they get moving on this, we will have almost 600 judges, and countless state officials in jail where they belong. This is a blatant RICO act violation, and must be treated as such. And, although the DOJ, and FBI, are derelict in their duties in investigating this matter,(and, yes, both have been notified et al) and mainstream media have been negligent in reporting any of this, it is starting to filter into the public view, slowly. And one more thing on this subject, attorney's that go after these judges have so far ended up in jail, that's how bad the situation is.

The "war on drugs" not only kills innocent people, wastes billions of dollars, ruins millions of lives, shreds constitutional rights, and is a total FAILURE. Yet, the bonehead sends national guard 1500 of them to the US border to continue this failed policy, in hopes of ending the flow of drugs, and "stop the killing's". What moron sends military troops to "stop killing"? In what world does that make sense? So, we're fighting two illegal wars, trying to piss off Iran, and N. Korea, killing our own people, and jailing more than the rest of the world combined, "land of the free", my ass. And, every time I turn around, Unkel Sam has his hand in my pocket, stealing more money just to waste on bull shit. The court system here in LA is more corrupt than Tijuana's curt system, and it's been that way for 20 years. The FBI, DOJ, attorney general, all ignore the seriousness of the situation, and the "supreme"court in Washington DC refuses to docket the petition to make the FBI do their job and investigate. I just read on the web, from a reliable source that the US Supreme court in Washington DC refused to docket a petition to get the DOJ and FBI to do their job and investigate the corruption in Los Angeles superior courts. We're talking blatant corruption, and racketeering all the way to the governor's office, including the state senate. Hello America, this is the most frightening thing that's happened to this country since 911. They just passed a bill that gives judges immunity for just about any crime they want to commit, including taking bribes, ignoring the law, illegally locking people up.

Okay here it is, gov. Arnold, the state senate, the Superior court judges, and probably others, are gonna get it, maybe. But I'm not holding my breath.
Anybody heard of SB-11 ? Probably not. this bill was rushed through so fast, on around Feb. 14, or 15 2009, that nobody had a chance to even question it. Gets better. This state senate bill, SB-11 gives complete "immunity" to all Superior court judges in Calif. retroactive 12 years. Why 12 years, you ask? Well this whole sorded story starts around that time I guess. California Superior court judges have been getting a little , for lack of a better word "bribe"money from LA county's general fund, kinda on the downlow, ya know? This besides the almost $200k a year salary from the state. Now, these judges hear cases involving the county, their lawsuits, their child custody cases, their homeowner association cases. In 99% of the cases these judges heard, they ruled in favor of the county. Suprise.
Now, there's this lawyer, that defends these people that are getting raped by the system, this lawyer is a good guy, saved the state millions of dollars, been doin this for many years. After a while, he notices a pattern, so he does a little research, and finds out about this money these judges are getting, so in the begining, he asks these judges to dismis themselves from certain cases because of this "extra" money they get from the people that could stand a little help in return. When these judges refused, he said, "hey, you can't do that" real loud, so other people could hear, and these other people said "can't do what"? And before they got an answer, this bill was passed, protecting them from the illegal activity's they were involved in, but this bill also gave them "immunity"from EVERYTHING.
Meaning, they could just kill someone, and nothing could be done, they have "immunity".
Meanwhile back at the ranch, before this lawyer could do any more damage, these judges got together with their buddies at the state bar, and got this lawyer disbarred, just like that.
Problem being, this lawyer still had cases that he was defending, and instead of just walking out on his clients, he did the right thing and stood by them. The only other problem was, one of the judges he filed suit on, just happened to be hearing one of the cases.
This lawyer is in jail now, with no bail, no court date, no access to a lawyer, no outside comunication, kinda like something out of an old POW movie.
Could have been worse, the judge could have killed him instead. "immunity".
But there's another problem, those pesky problems keep popping up, but this problem is good for our lawyer friend. You see, everything is documented in court, and official records. Retroactive at least 12 years.
The last problem is, that the timeframe on this bill is not the best one they could have picked.
It makes it look like they're trying to hide something, which they are. And, with Arnold, the state senate, and others signing this bill, that opens the whole state up to racketeering charges, conspiracy charges, denial of due process, all kinds of things. And they thought they're broke now, wait till all the cases that these judges sat in on have to be retried, and then there are the lawsuits, oh the lawsuits. And don't you even think that damages haven't occurred.
How much more bailout money is left?

Any lawyers out there?

I've had this ongoing question that's been bugging me for a while now, well maybe a few questions, no, more like a LOT of questions, damn it. How about electricians? any Californistan electricians out there?
My concerns have to do with my, being made to pay, to keep working in Californiastan. Yes folks, it's gotten to this. the government is starting to make people "pay to work", not just in income tax, they want more. A $175 more, then $100 every three years after that. It's a scam by the government to steal more money from the people. Just wait till your job is a "pay to work" job.
Californistan cleared 10's of millions of dollars in this scam, on just electricians, and the reason they give is, to improve safety through quality. WTF the test is on the code, nothing to do with "quality" or "safety", except that which the code requires. Jobs are still inspected by government inspecters, if they arent up to code, they don't pass, simple. We don't need to pay $175 to be tested on our code application. We have OSHA and inspecters to deal with, now we're being tested on what these people are responsible for. Again, WTF?
Here's what's got me so pissed off.
A while back I emailed the state atterney general, and asked if the labor code says the state can only charge $25, no more, for the initial registration, but, I had to pay $175 to the gov. for this "initial fee", which I thought was kinda a rip off.
The reply I got went something like, "our role is to defend the state in legal matters, and your inquiry is not in the best interest of the state, good day".
So, okay, struck a nerve did I?
In my travels over the net, I came across the state dept. of labor, and wondered....................
So, I did. Their "legal" people leave a lot to be desired. "Oh, if you have any questions for us, just email us" B.S.
Basically, they told me where to get off. My matter didn't concern they're dept. they didn't have the resources to commit to my question, and gave me a referal to the dept. that's in question here.
So, I'm beginning to feel like they're trying to hide the fact that they're blatantly ripping people off.

Been reading up on our government, scary shit afoot.

What in the hell is wrong with our government? I just watched freedom to fascism by Aaron Russo, on U-Tube, really makes me think The USA is fucked up bad, not the people, please don't get me wrong, the government. My lordy, I mean, damn, unbelievable how I could have been so fucking stupid to believe that our government was a somewhat well intentioned bunch. All through growing up I would hear how lucky I was to be American, and how good and powerful our country is, and laws are to protect people. But what I was experiencing, and observing in life weren't jiving with the spew I had absorbed.
Then, I discovered the net, I grew up in the computer age, started out with a Timex Z-80, Whooo-hoo what a power house, a whopping 1K ram,...... that's it. Then, one Christmas, I became a computer nerd with my Commodor 64, Whooo friggin hoooo This bad boy packed an incredible 64K damn, I could write programs for the space shuttle, n, shit. Then, for my B-Day, 2 months after x-mas, I gotz me a MODEM, and the new groundbreaking "Prodigy", interactive service Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaheeeeeeeeeeee.
For about an hour. I mean it was cool and all, but if I wanted to know the weather, I just looked out the window, ya know?

Took me about a week to totally crash, to the point of almost, letting the blue genie out of the bottle.(blue genie being smoked computer guts) After some coaxing my brother in law, who happened to build PC's for large company's, took a look at it, and around a year later I got it back, with a bigger HDD. Free. Now, keep in mind, this was around 1985-86.
I've lost count of how many PC's I've smoked since, but lot's, hey, gotta learn somehow.
I'm the kinda guy, that if a warning sticker says not to do something, I just gotta do it to find out why. Yeah, it get's expensive after a while, and I'd prolly still have them fingers, and still be able to see outa that one eye, but, hell gotta learn somehow.

How stupid is the US government?

As a wise old owl once said,"the world may never know".
The retards running things really need some "common sense" training, better yet these morons need t go. Back to their caves, back to their own time, away from us. Back to the "stuck on stupid" syndrome, funding the enemy in a war, any war that one intends to win, is not a real good strategy, in fact, it's stupid.
How long does the normal intelligent human have to fail at something, before they try a different approach? Now, I'm talking "total failure" on a "constant daily basis". And, to make things more troubling, being told by people smarter, that there way is a failure, will fail, is failing, failure is inevitable, can do nothing but fail, failed. My guess, or at least, me, I would immediately try a new approach. I've learned, after being stupid for a brief time, that, repeating the same stupidity, really makes one look, well, fucking stupid. Especially, after 30 years, I mean, come on, is there really something THAT stupid? There can't be, no way, ever heard of the guy that keeps whipping the dead horse? If a child exhibited that kind of behavior, that child would be put in the "special people" class, ride the short bus, if you get my drift.
This behavior, is embarrassing to say the least, and speaks volumes about our government, and their policy making capability.
Seriously, I'm getting really pissed that our government is wasting so many of my tax dollars on their failed ideas, year after year, the return for our money is zero. Billions of dollars a year, just thrown in the fire. This is unacceptable behavior, the government, is to better the nation, not make frivolous laws, undermine our constitutional rights, and commit acts of terrorism on the citizens. When this same type of situation happened in the 1930's, the outcome was horrific, but how stupid can our leaders be, to do the same thing, or try to, in such a short period of time? To me, that's willful misconduct, negligence, incompetence, shear contempt, misapplication of powers, blatant disregard, and STUPID.
I watched a clip made by the CATO institute, and the guy from the ONDCP said, twice, that drug use is a HEALTH problem, meaning, not a criminal matter, I couldn't agree more. Why, then is the government treating it as a criminal matter, when they know better? Again, blatant stupidity. willful misapplication of power, terrorism against the people. Laws aren't to promote justice, there to prevent injustice, the injustice inflicted on America every day, by our own government, the government that's only function is to maintain an army, and serve the peoples best interest, not violate, and imprison them. period.
The constitution clearly states, that government cannot remove, or disregard, any of the amendments, without an amendment to do so. And, the courts have an obligation to uphold these rights, not litigate them away.
When a law causes more harm, and death, than it prevents, it's pretty simple to change that law, just as it's simple to make laws that violate civil rights, promote crime, cause death and destruction, corruption, and far worse, it's simple to stop, if they wanted to stop, but it seems like our government likes abusing citizens more than helping them, sad.
The war on drugs promotes, and supports terrorism, therefore, the US government promotes, and supports terrorism, and is in fact, the largest terrorist organization in the world.
HELLO PEOPLE, our government is a terrorist regime, there ideals, and agenda might be different than Al-Quada's, but there methods, and outcome are the same. Fuck the US government, I'm sick of this, democracy of hyprocracy in these divided states of embarrassment.
Fuck the US government, they've overstepped their bounds, and they show compassion to everyone but their own.
Fuck the US government, they send billions of dollars to other countries to fight our war on drugs, to fight disease, and stop hunger. but here we suffer the same problems, shouldn't our tax dollars be spent on America first, then, whatevers left, give away? Doesn't that make sense?
That, along with many other observations, shows that, the US government does not have the best interest of the nation on it's agenda. A violation of trust insues, a breach of contract, since the constitution is a contract between the people, and the government, and has been repeatedly undermined by the government that swore to protect, support, and defend it.
When theres even a slight chance that cops can mistakenly serve a violent warrant on the wrong house, with full knoweledge that the homeowner has the right to protect themselves, and they apply that right, then are convicted of a crime, the crime of self defence, it makes me hate what this country has become, beyond words.
People have been saying "god bless America" for some time now, it's not working. In fact it's going the other way. Satan has too good a grip on the government.

My job was made illegal by Californistan

Boy, I been wanting to vent on this one for a long time. First, some back ground, I've been an electrician for 33 years now. Had my contractors license a while back, but I found it easier to work for someone else, let them live it 24/7, I needed some sleep. Okay, so anyhow, Californistan decides it wants money, this was before the "crisis". So, the "lawmakers" of our fine state, in order to further promote the working class, decide to make electrical work in the state illegal, unless you have a contractors license, or are state certified, okay, fair enough, except for the $175 initial fee, the half day wasted taking the stupid test, the cheezy little card you get, that costs $30 for a new one, if it gets lost or burnt. And, for your $100 renewal fee, you don't get a new card, that's $30.
But, you do get to find, pay for, go to, and complete 32 hours of continuing education on my time.
All so I can legally keep my job in Californistan. In this little scam they're running the state stole, I mean made $14,002,100, some of those applicants, didn't show up for the exam, of failed it, meaning they get to pay the $175 again, but the state already took in $7,040,775 free and clear. The fucking state of Califuckistan STOLE $7 MILLION , and didn't have to do a thing for it.
Tell me that aint a scam.
And, here's their reasoning, "to raise the professional level of electricians, and thereby improve safety.
First off, BULL SHIT, the exam had nothing to do with "professional level" what ever the hell that is, or "safety", all it dealt with was code knowledge, and being an open book test, anyone that can use an index, can pass the exam.
And, the ones that really need to be certified, don't have to be, like "handimen", "landlords", people that install, portable, or temporary wiring (usually higher voltage stuff) laborers, believe me, after 33 years I seen some shit done by these kind of people, had to fix a lot too.
And, since this was such a money maker for the state, who's next, If they did it to us, and continue to get away with it, the guy in the booth at the gas station, the Wal-mart employees, your gardener, you.

We're all terrorist happy, as in, everybody is a terrorist.
There's a flaw in that statement. The United States government, is a terrorist organization.
Period. Too many innocent people are being killed in the "name of the law" Like we used to say, "if one life is lost, it's not worth it, if one life is saved, it's worth it". The "war on drugs" has gotten so out of control, every citizen is in danger of being victimized by our own terrorist government.
And when the cops fuck up, it's never their fault, when cops lie under oath, judges believe every word, when a cop kills a 92 year old woman, he's got immunity, WTF, nobody is above the law, without special permission. Our court system in the US is FUCKED UP. All the government does is lie. This whole country is fucked up, I don;t love Amerika anymore, in fact this government makes me want to projectile vomit. Amerika has sunk below third world standards. The government terrorise's the people, they do no good for the nation, they do much more harm than good. They ARE the axis of evil. Our government is so full of hate, and contempt for the people it's sickening.
The US government scares me more than the Taliban, and Al- Quada, put together, and I can understand just why the rest of the world hates us, for the same reason I'm begining to.
Obama better do something soon, or we's gonna have us another civil war.
The founding fathers gave us the right, and duty, to remove a tyrinous government, and replace it with a proper one. Well, let's go.

Here's the best part, he's so "proud" that there's been no more attacks on American soil, by terrorists. Well, hell no there hasn't, we been sending a steady supply of fresh Americans over there, even been paying postage. WTF Osoma killed maybe 3000 Americans on 911, but bush has killed 4500, plus a million and a half Iraqui's, and tortured a bunch of people, after kidnapping them, while perpetchuating the totally senseless "war on drugs", which is more like "war on Americans, and their rights". With "asset forfieture, coupled with the "patriot act", the government now has the power to, arrest, jail, take your house, bank accounts, all your possessions, hold you indefenantly, without charging you with a crime, and without letting you talk to a lawyer, and if you make too much noise, they have jails in other countries, they can ship you to. Isn't that special?
We are not too far off from the Nazi way of life, and in 8 years, that's a pretty far fall.
