If they'd quit paying those illegal, unconstitutional. "not permitted" payments of $47,000/yr., to almost 400 judges, it would save taxpayers billions, and help with the budget. The scam these judges pulled is deplorable, and the state legislature, and governor being in on it makes it racketeering. The people of Los Angeles havent gotten a fair trial for 20 years.
